This Return Policy ("Policy") covers Lexvor, Inc. (“Lexvor”). This entity may be referred to as
"we," "us," and "our" throughout this Policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 3 days from the purchase date, you
may apply in writing to:

to request a refund of the services you purchased. Please include a brief description of why you
are requesting a refund. Refunds may only be issued for monthly service fees for the month
immediately prior to the refund request or at issue.
Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis. You are advised that Lexvor Inc. provides a
subscription service, and once the service becomes distributed to you, it is impossible to
retract, redact you of the service rendered, and therefore every refund request will not necessarily
Factors for having your request approved include:
-Technical Difficulty Accessing Lexvor Inc. services through the web or mobile-based platforms.
-Length of time that has elapsed since the purchase of any Lexvor Service.
-Whether the purchase was the result of a fraudulent transaction (proof required).
-The circumstances and reason(s) you provide for requesting the refund are included in your
- The Amount of Data used with in the 7 day period (Less Than 5GB of data).
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order anytime before the shipment of your order. After shipment and or delivery, if you are
not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 3 business days of receiving it. You must return the item in its original boxing with all of its original containments. The product must be mailed
to Lexvor Inc. at the address of 19800 Macarthur Blvd Ste 300, Irvine, CA 92612.
Please note, any opened items may be subject to a standard $50 restocking fee and up to but not limited
to a 25% charge of the original device value at the discretion of Lexvor.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Lexvor reserves the right to refuse the
return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 25% at their discretion.
● All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must
include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
● Lexvor is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
● Lexvor is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or
use of any merchandise bought from us.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your order is damaged during transit or defective, please contact us immediately at
(866) 996-2281 during normal business hours or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All damages
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Merchandise Not Received
Before contacting us, please check with your neighbors or members of your household. if your
tracking information shows delivered but you are claiming non-receipt of the merchandise, we
will need to file a shipping claim. All shipping claims must also be reported within 24 hours. If
you report 'non-receipt of merchandise after the 24-hour window, we may not be able to file a
shipping claim. Once we obtain the necessary information, we will file a shipping claim on your
behalf. In some cases, shipping claims may take 7-14 business days to complete if not longer dependent on the shipper’s policies.
Strict Refund Policy
Refunds: Users may request a refund within 3 days of active service for a full 100% refund.
After 3 days and within 7 days, users may claim a refund minus $50 of their initial purchase.
After 7 days, users will not be eligible for a refund and will not receive
any credits or cash back for any reason. Strict no refund policy will be enforced after 7 days.
