This Refund & Credit Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, and credits are handled for all purchases and interactions with Air By Lexvor Inc. (“Air,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Because Air provides AI-powered digital services, rewards programs, and partner network access through SMS/RCS, our offerings differ from typical retail products. By using our Services or making a purchase, you agree to this Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are non-refundable:
• AI usage packages, message credits, or SMS-based interactions once delivered.
• Purchased or promotional Air Points, tokens, or rewards credits.
• Subscription or Beta-access fees for early programs.
• Partner network or third-party merchant purchases made through Air.
• Administrative or activation fees associated with network or partner services.
These digital services are considered delivered at the moment of activation or use and therefore cannot be returned.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following limited circumstances:
1. Duplicate Charges – If a billing error results in multiple payments for the same service.
2. System Failure – If Air’s network prevents delivery of paid digital content or services for more than 72 hours and the issue is verified by our support team.
3. Regulatory Compliance – If federal or state law requires reversal of a transaction.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, typically within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Reward Points, Credits, and Tokens
• All Air Points, Rewards Credits, and Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency or transferred between accounts.
• Points and credits may be revoked in cases of fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
• Promotional or bonus points are final and not eligible for refund or cash redemption.
• Users may, at Air’s discretion, receive courtesy credits in lieu of cash refunds for verified technical issues.

5. Partner and Third-Party Purchases
If you complete a purchase through a partner merchant or third-party provider using Air:
• The partner’s own refund or return policy applies.
• Air By Lexvor Inc. and Lexvor Inc. are not responsible for product defects, delivery delays, or partner-specific billing errors.
• Any disputes should be directed to the merchant identified on your receipt or transaction confirmation.
Air may assist in communicating with the merchant but does not control or guarantee outcomes.

6. Subscription and Beta Access Fees
Beta and subscription fees are used to fund system development, maintenance, and early access privileges.
• These fees are non-refundable once activation occurs, even if features change or are removed during testing.
• If a Beta program is permanently discontinued before the advertised access period ends, Air may issue pro-rated credits toward future programs or services.

7. Corporate Gift Credits and Promotional Offers
From time to time, Air may issue corporate spending credits or partner discounts via SMS.
• These are promotional in nature, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Expiration dates and conditions will be specified in the message or offer.
• Misuse, resale, or duplication of codes will result in immediate revocation.

8. Requesting a Refund or Credit
To request a refund or credit review:
1. Email customerservice@airbylexvor.com with your name, phone number, transaction ID, and reason for request.
2. Allow 5-7 business days for preliminary review.
3. If eligible, Air will issue a credit or refund to the original method of payment.
Air reserves the right to request proof of purchase or additional verification to prevent fraud.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a credit-card chargeback without first contacting Air may delay resolution.
Repeated or unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in account suspension or forfeiture of rewards points.
Air works with payment processors in full compliance with PCI-DSS and FTC regulations.

10. Compliance with Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and complies with all applicable U.S. consumer protection, FCC, and financial regulations.
Certain states (including California, Colorado, and Massachusetts) may grant users additional refund rights for specific types of digital goods; Air will comply where required.
