To use Air’s Services, you must:
    •    Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
    •    Have a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS or RCS messages.
    •    Agree to receive communications, messages, and transactional notifications from Air.

Use of Air’s Services constitutes your express consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC regulations to receive messages and notifications, including automated or AI-assisted communications.
