AiR Beta Plan Terms & Conditions

By participating in the AiR Beta Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and all applicable Lexvor policies, including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the Beta Program

AiR is currently in its testing and pre-launch phase. The purpose of this Beta is to allow early users to experience and test AiR’s features, provide feedback, and help shape the platform before public release.
Participation in the Beta does not guarantee access to all final product features at launch.

2. Plan Options & Pricing

2a. Bonus Data Packages add extra data to users Data plans. The Unlimited AiR plan goes from 2GB of Prioritized Data to 20GB of Prioritized Data Per Month. The Unlimited* plan goes from 100GB of Prioritized Data to 200GB of Prioritized Data Per Month.


Bonus Points & Usage
    •    Points may be redeemable for discounts, spending credits, or early product access at launch.
    •    Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire at AiR’s discretion.
    •    Monthly Visionary points do not roll over.

3. Beta Access & Usage
    •    You may only create one AiR Beta account per verified phone number.
    •    Access and features may vary as AiR updates or tests new systems.
    •    AiR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Beta participation at any time.

4. Feedback and Testing

Your participation helps us improve AiR.
By using the Beta, you agree that:
    •    AiR may collect anonymous usage data and feedback for improvement.
    •    Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide become the property of AiR.
    •    AiR may contact you via SMS or email to request feedback or offer product updates.

5. Payments & Refunds
    •    The Supporter Plan is free.
    •    The Builder Plan is a one-time non-refundable payment.
    •    The Visionary Plan is a monthly subscription and may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
    •    Payments are considered early access contributions, not prepayment for future services.
    •    Refunds are not available once payment is processed, unless required by law.

6. Modifications & Termination

AiR may:
    •    Adjust plan pricing, benefits, or availability at any time.
    •    Suspend accounts for misuse, abuse, or attempts to manipulate the system.
    •    Limit or discontinue Beta features before or after the official launch.

7. Confidentiality

Participants may gain access to early, unreleased AiR features or information.
You agree not to disclose, share, or publish any confidential materials, screenshots, or performance details about AiR without written consent.

8. Data Privacy

Your data and communications are protected by AiR’s security standards and encryption systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Beta is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
AiR does not guarantee uninterrupted service, feature performance, or data accuracy.
Participation is at your own risk, and AiR disclaims any liability for loss or damages arising from Beta usage.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Lexvor’s main User Agreement.
You waive your right to participate in any class-action proceedings against AiR.
