AiR BETA Credits & Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Operated by Air By Lexvor Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, in partnership with Lexvor Inc.
 

1. Overview
 

The AiR BETA Credits & Referral Program (“Program”) is a voluntary promotional rewards program operated by Air By Lexvor Inc. (“AiR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Program allows eligible users to earn non-cash, promotional AiR Credits (“Credits”) during AiR’s private BETA period. Credits are promotional only. They are not cash, not redeemable for money, and not a financial product. By participating, you agree to these Terms, the AiR User Agreement, and the AiR Privacy Policy.
 

2. Nature of AiR Credits (Critical Legal Definition)
 

AiR Credits are:

  • Promotional digital rewards

  • Not cash or currency

  • Not legal tender

  • Not stored monetary value

  • Not loans, advances, or credit instruments

  • Not redeemable outside the AiR platform

  • Not transferable or saleable

  • Not withdrawable, refundable, or exchangeable
     

Credits have no monetary value and exist solely within the AiR ecosystem for eligible reward items or promotional offers.
 

Participation does not create any financial expectation, financial relationship, or claim of ownership over Credits.

3. Eligibility
 

To participate, a user must:
 

  1. Be 18 or older and a legal U.S. resident

  2. Maintain an active AiR account with a valid phone number

  3. Comply with all AiR policies and registration requirements
     

AiR may verify eligibility at any time.
 

4. Earning Daily Credits
 

During the BETA period, users may earn Daily Credits, such as:
 

  • Basic Daily Credit: $10/day

  • Referral-based multipliers (see Section 5)
     

Daily amounts are estimates, not guaranteed final balances.
 

AiR may audit, adjust, correct, or revoke Credits at any time for any reason, including system errors or suspected fraud.
 

5. Referral Multipliers
 

Users may increase their daily promotional Credits by referring friends who successfully complete registration.

Example referral structure:
 

  • 1 referral → $20/day

  • 2 referrals → $40/day

  • 3 referrals → $70/day

  • 5 referrals → $100/day
     

The above amounts are illustrative only and may change without notice.
 

A referral is only valid if:
 

  • The referred user completes registration

  • The user is new to AiR

  • The referral is genuine and not created via automation, duplicate numbers, spoofing, or manipulation
     

AiR may decline to award or may revoke Credits resulting from referrals.
 

6. Unlocking Credits at Launch
 

Credits earned during BETA:
 

  • Unlock only at official public launch

  • Cannot be used prior to launch except for select promotional reward items
     

AiR will determine launch dates at its sole discretion.
 

Credits may not be guaranteed, finalized, or transferable if:
 

  • The Program changes

  • The launch is delayed

  • The user account is compromised

  • Regulatory or business considerations arise
     

7. Redemption
 

Credits may be redeemed only for:
 

  • Eligible reward items offered within AiR

  • Promotional offers selected by AiR

  • Products specifically designated as “Credit-Eligible”
     

Credits may not be redeemed for:
 

  • Cash

  • Discounts on external services

  • Withdrawals

  • Financial equivalents

  • Any item not explicitly authorized by AiR
     

Availability is not guaranteed. Reward items may change, be substituted, or be discontinued without notice.
 

8. Promotional Nature & No Reliance
 

By participating, you acknowledge:
 

  • Credits are promotional

  • Balances may change

  • AiR may modify, reduce, or revoke Credits at any time

  • You must not rely on Credits for financial decisions

  • You must not expect Credits to equal or retain any particular value
     

AiR is not liable for:
 

  • Estimated values

  • Lost or unredeemed Credits

  • Changes to daily accruals

  • Delays in availability

  • Discontinuation of rewards
     

9. Fraud, Abuse, & Misuse
 

AiR may suspend, revoke, or eliminate Credits or accounts if:
 

  • Multiple accounts are created

  • Referrals are fake, automated, or manipulated

  • Credits were earned via error, system exploit, or deception

  • Terms are violated

  • Any activity appears suspicious or harmful to AiR
     

AiR may conduct audits at any time.
 

10. Adjustments, Corrections & Reversals
 

AiR reserves the right to:
 

  • Reverse Credits

  • Modify displayed balances

  • Correct system errors

  • Adjust multipliers

  • Change eligibility
     

Displayed balances are informational only, and not legally binding.
 

11. Program Modifications or Termination
 

AiR may, at any time and for any reason:
 

  • Modify the Program

  • Pause the Program

  • End the Program

  • Change multipliers, daily amounts, or redemption rules
     

If the Program ends, AiR may—but is not required to—allow users up to 90 days to redeem remaining Credits.
 

No compensation or monetary restitution will be given if:
 

  • The Program ends

  • Credits change or disappear

  • Redemption becomes unavailable
     

12. No Warranties
 

The Program and Credits are provided “as is” with no warranties, either express or implied.
 

AiR disclaims all warranties regarding:
 

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Value

  • Redemption options

  • Continuity

  • System performance
     

13. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
 

  • AiR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • AiR’s total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the redeemed promotional item, which may be zero
     

You waive any right to claim:
 

  • Loss of expected value

  • Loss of promotional Credits

  • Financial damages related to Program changes
     

14. Force Majeure
 

AiR is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside its control, including:
 

  • System outages

  • Telecom interruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Regulatory changes

  • Cyberattacks
     

15. Binding Arbitration Agreement
 

All disputes relating to the Program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
 

You waive the right to:
 

  • A jury trial

  • Class actions

  • Mass actions

  • Representative proceedings
     

This section survives termination of your account or the Program.
 

16. Class Action Waiver
 

You agree not to participate in any class action or representative lawsuit against AiR or Lexvor Inc. relating to this Program.
 

17. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
