1. Membership Overview
 
Founders Access (“the Program”) is a paid, limited-membership subscription that provides informational access, exclusive content, early product testing opportunities, and member rewards. This Program does not constitute an investment or offer of equity, securities, or ownership in Lexvor Inc.
 
2. Membership Eligibility
 
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older. We may deny or revoke membership at our discretion if these terms are violated.
 
3. Payment & Renewal
 

• Price: $100 per month, billed automatically.

• Renews monthly until canceled by you or terminated by us.

• Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

• Fees are non-refundable except for verified duplicate charges or system errors.
   

4. Program Benefits
 
Members may receive access to select AiR Beta features, private Founders communications, partner promotions, and informational updates about AiR’s growth and upcoming initiatives. We may modify, substitute, or discontinue specific benefits at any time without prior notice.
 
5. Opportunities & Notifications
 
Members may receive early informational access and priority notifications regarding future partnership, collaboration, or investment opportunities. These communications are for informational purposes only and are not an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of investment or participation. Any future offering will be governed by separate legal documentation and applicable securities regulations.
 
6. Confidentiality & Conduct
 
Certain content within the Program, including “Closed Community Notes,” is confidential. You agree not to copy, distribute, or publicly share any information, materials, or discussions designated as private or confidential. Violation may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
 
7. Intellectual Property
 
All content shared within Founders Access (including text, videos, designs, and communications) remains the property of Lexvor Inc. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to view and use such materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
 
8. Recognition & Public Display
 
By joining, you consent to display of your name, photo, and Founder ID number on the public “Founders Wall” or similar recognition materials. You may opt out by written request to founders@airbylexvor.com.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
 
Lexvor Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program or reliance on provided information. Membership is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
 
10. Termination
 
We may suspend or terminate membership at any time for violations of these terms, misuse of content, or conduct deemed harmful to the AiR community.
 
11. Governing Law
 
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Wyoming, USA.
