Financing With Affirm

When financing a device through Affirm, you will own the device and are 100% responsible for your affirm

monthly payments.

*Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check, may not be available in
all states, and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend
on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. California residents:

Lexvor Device Protection Insured by AKKO

Device protection is included within your Lexvor device lease if indicated by Lexvor for the lease program
you are enrolled with. This protection is provided under a group protection program from AKKO LLC
("AKKO"). Please note that in any event of a repair or replacement needed for a covered device, funds for
repairs or replacement may be paid directly to the leasee, Lexvor, or a designated repair partner at
AKKO's discretion. Please follow this link to view the executed program overview page with details on

protection.

Size(s) of Device Space (GB or TB)

Subscribers will be provided with manufacturer entry level size(s) for all device transactions level(s). If a
subscriber prefers a bigger size, they can request this device and pay for the increase in cost that is
associated with the selected device(s). These prices are subject to change at any time without prior
notice. Please allow for additional wait and shipping times as larger storage sized devices are kept in low

stock.

Device Leasing

Leasing: Indicated leasing payment

required to be paid on a monthly basis, leasing agreement must be signed,

initiation payment required. Initiation payments are formatted as a refundable deposit

which must be paid at the initial time of purchase prior to the shipping of

devices to the customer. Initiation amount is set at $599.00 per device which

is a refundable deposit upon surrender of the Lexvor device in possession by the

customer assuming the device is returned in good working condition free of internal

or external damages. Device Leasing adds an additional cost per month charge per

device to the Total Monthly Charges. Additional regulatory fees apply to each line for

government required fees applied to each active line. Regulatory fees currently

applied at $1.50 per month per line. This cost is subject to change.

Device Upgrading Period(s)

Depending on their chosen plan, subscribers will be able to upgrade at the the period designated by the
leasing agreement based on the selected plan. Upgrades may require trade-in and have an associated
upgrade fee. Please refer to your specific leasing agreement for details. These terms apply to devices

that are leased through Lexvor.

User that purchase devices via Affirm Financing or Cash Payment may choose to upgrade at any time by
repurchasing a new device. Lexvor will provide trade-in incentives for these users to lower their

associated costs.

Returning, Replacing or Upgrading a Device under a Lexvor subscription. In terms of early device
upgrade, depending on the chosen plan, after meeting the Minimum Upgrade Tenure that is designated in

your specific Leasing Agreement.

If the customer is upgrading, and/or returning, a device online or over the phone:

We’ll automatically ship a return kit to the user if their current device will be traded in. The device must be
provided, regardless of condition, and put it into the envelope or box provided. The condition of the
received device may impact following charges, subscription changes, and fees. Any and all changes will

be accompanied by a written notice from Lexvor.

Losing Return Kit or Return Label

If you lost your return kit or return label we already sent to you, contact Client Service and request a
replacement by emailing clientservice@lexvor.com. Lexvor will provide instructions to answer the
questions or confusion behind the client's particular situation. Ensure your phone is securely packaged to

avoid a possible Damaged Device Fee being assessed to your account.

Canceling Subscriptions

The subscription operates and applies on a month-to-month or year to year basis. If the customer cancels their
month to month subscription, they are required to pay for their subscription for the remaining month which may be
prorated for the used days of service at the discretion of Lexvor. Users must also nullify all outstanding
balances related to monthly service plans and/or devices in which the users are in possession that are
owned by Lexvor or have an outstanding balance that is owed to Lexvor. Users who do not fulfill these
obligations acknowledge the escalated proceedings that Lexvor may take to recoup its product(s) or
collect on outstanding balances such as having a users case submitted to a collections agency or legal

and or financial prosecution.

Device Issues (Damaged, Lost, Stolen, etc.)

In the event that the customer’s device has been damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact Lexvor via

email at clientservice@lexvor.com for the necessary procedures.

Further, if the device is lost or stolen, the customer may follow up by filing a claim online. If the customer
has an issue with their device, they may contact Lexvor support via email at clientservice@lexvor.com for
troubleshooting or assistance. For users that have a device protection plan through Lexvor they may
follow the proceedings to get their device repaired or replaced. Please refer to Lexvor/AKKO terms and

conditions for device protection.

Billing/Payments

Even after a subscription term of month-to-months has ended, Lexvor still owns the device if that device
was procured through Lexvor. If financing through Affirm the user will not be required or demanded upon
to return the financed phone as the user will own the device in this scenario.; moreover, the customer will
continue to make month-to-month payments based on their selected wireless plan-.
Users may however be required to cover the remaining portion of the device financing

terms when financed under promotional rates and discounts.

Lexvor does not accept prepaid

credit cards for postpaid accounts as this payment method will generally be declined by our billing

systems; additionally, if the user places an order with a prepaid credit card, the order will be immediately refunded and will also be

canceled. Prepaid accounts may be allowed to use prepaid credit cards if the payment
is successfully processed. In the event the customer cancels their subscription and continues to be

charged, Lexvor will credit this charge back to the original account. The user agreement cannot be changed. Please check
your email for your emailed copy to view your user subscription agreement or email

clientservice@lexvor.com.

Fees & Rights To Charge Fees

Lexvor may at anytime these events occur charge the fees as follows:

Lost or Stolen Devices: In the event, you have lost a Lexvor owned device you must report it to Lexvor
within 72 hours. If you fail to do so you will be subjected to regular billing and fees as listed in your
agreement. In the event you lose a device and choose not to pay for a replacement device Lexvor will
suspend your active services at your request immediately and you will not be charged
for any month unused for network services. Device subscription charges will still be applied until the said
device can be (1) repaired (2) recovered (3) returned (4) properly investigated. Your monthly service cost
will continue to generate until your services are properly terminated. Lexvor has the right to investigate
each incident in the manner which Lexvor chooses. Your account will remain suspended indefinitely until
Lexvor has completed its own investigation. If and when Lexvor has completed its investigation and has
valid proof that the device was lost in a manner which may not be categorized as intentional, malicious or

heinous act, Lexvor will lift your suspension and you may choose to create a new
subscription. You may not be able to finance a new device through Lexvor if the
customer account handlings have been deemed as an intentional, malicious or heinous act. If the
device is lost and unable to be recovered, you may be due for the remaining finance balance charges and
up to the full device value. Lexvor does not have any jurisdiction over lost or stolen Affirm financed
devices. Lexvor will allow users to refinance a device through Affirm at full value to procure a device for
the users wireless services. Users may be able to temporarily lease a Lexvor owned device in a scenario
where a device is lost or stolen depending on stock availability and company discretion.
Lost and stolen devices may also be covered through a qualifying AKKO plan.

Payments Fees: If for any reason you have missed more than 30 days from payments due date, Lexvor
will charge you for the final day ending a 30-day cycle and proceed to deactivate (terminate) your
account. At this time you will be charged for the remainder of the subscription balance owed; including the
balance of the device which must be returned. If the device is not returned, the above statement applies.
Lexvor allows qualified customers to lease a device(s) from the platform; further, all monthly and/or initial
payments follow the same flat rate. ALL UNLIMITED PLANS: All Lexvor Wireless services subject to
terms and conditions in the Wireless Customer Agreement (Phone User Agreement | Lexvor). Advertised
monthly price includes monthly plan charge for talk, text and data & monthly per-line phone access

charge for access to such services.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS & FEES: Initiation/upgrade fee per line & deposit may apply.

Compliance Fee

The Compliance Fee is charged to cover Lexvor Inc's expenses associated with complying with various federal and state regulations, taxes, and fees. These include, but are not limited to: (i) state and federal Telecommunications Relay Service Programs, (ii) the Federal Universal Service Fund Program, (iii) a range of international, federal, state, municipal, local, and other governmental franchise, excise, public utility, and telecommunications taxes, fees, and charges currently in effect or enacted in the future, and (iv) additional costs incurred by Lexvor Inc. to adhere to government regulations and programs, which may not necessarily be taxes or fees required for collection by local, state, or federal governments.

services up to 1 GB of used cellular data, cellular data services are unlimited and are not subjected to
shutdowns within reasonable usage and network abuse policies.This plan however is subject to network
congestion and throttling once 1 GB of cellular data has been consumed in a single monthly cycle.
Unlimited Hotspot Not included. Credit approval not required, deposit
may be required for device leasing, social security verification required for device leasing, activation
payment required.

Must not port in any active line or deactivated from a Verizon MVNO or Verizon Owned Subsidiary or

Verizon to qualify for this pricing. Must not port in a Verizon MVNO or Verizon Owned Subsidiary or

Verizon owned Device that is in contract or has not been paid off and a balance owed to Verizon.

Capable device required for some features. Not combinable with certain offers. Switching plans may

Mexico & Canada Roaming >

International coverage may not be available in some places; additional purchase required for data. Calls

to and from international countries, including over Wi-Fi, may be charged additional $.25/min. (no charge for Wi-Fi

calls to US, Mexico and Canada). Usage may be taxed in some countries. Service may be terminated or restricted for

Global Roaming >

This plan is provide by request only. Not all request will be granted and or approved. Terms subject to

change. Global roaming plans are available strictly on a request basis and will be customized according to travel
itineraries and specific country international service rates. Users may request for a higher usage
international plan for their travels however they also acknowledge that this plan is associated with

increased charges. There will be an additional charge for usage that exceeds the monthly allotment.
International coverage may be limited to 2G, 3G and 4G in certain locations.
Speeds may vary based on location and service, and connectivity is not guaranteed.
Lexvor is not responsible for poor signal quality outside of the United States.

horses, or viruses, or otherwise interferes with any user’s access to the Service; is intended to or does
harass or bully other users; impersonates or misrepresents your affiliation with another user, person, or

entity, or is otherwise fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading; uses automated means to artificially

promote content; involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailings or other forms of spam (“spam”), junk mail, chain
letters, or similar, including through the Lexvor inbox; involves commercial or sales activities, such as
advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes, that are not expressly authorized
by Lexvor; links to, references, or otherwise promotes commercial products or services, except as
expressly authorized by Lexvor; interferes with or in any way disrupts the Lexvor Service, tampers with,
breaches, or attempts to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in the Service or Lexvor’s computer
systems, network, usage rules, or any of Lexvor’s security components, authentication measures or any
other protection measures applicable to the Service, the Content or any part thereof; or conflicts with the

Agreements, as determined by Lexvor.

You acknowledge and agree that posting any such content may result in immediate termination or
suspension of your Lexvor account. You also agree that Lexvor may also reclaim your username for any

reason.

Please be thoughtful about how you use the Lexvor Service and what you share. Remember that shared
or publicly available information may be used and re-shared by other users on Lexvor or across the web,
so please use Lexvor carefully and be mindful of your account settings. Lexvor has no responsibility for

your choices to post material on the Service.

Your password protects your user account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your password
confidential and secure. You understand that you are responsible for all use of your username and
password on the Service. If your username or password is lost or stolen, or if you believe there has been
unauthorized access to your account by third parties, please notify us immediately and change your

password as soon as possible.

In order to use the Lexvor Service and access the Content, you need to (1) be 18 or older, (2) have the
power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws, and
(3) be resident in a country where the Service is available. (4) You also promise that any registration
information that you submit to Lexvor is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at

all times.

Changes to the Agreements

Occasionally we may, at our discretion, make changes to the Agreements. All changes can be viewed on
www.lexvor.com or at www.lexvorwireless.com. Changes and updates to agreement can be made with or
without notice. In some cases, Lexvor may notify users in advance of changes for the continued use of
the Service after the changes have been made users will constitute your acceptance of the changes. For

Errors on Our Site

We try to be as accurate as possible, however we stress progress not perfection. Despite our best efforts,
should errors occur, please inform us and we will rectify the issue immediately. For any reason presented,

we may cancel your order or contact you for instructions on the order.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lexvor prepaid and postpaid requirements may differ. Lexvor prepaid and postpaid

single line and multi line plans are subject to all Lexvor Terms & Conditions and Policies, in addition to the

terms described here. Advertised prices do not include recovery fees,

billing fees, add-ons, financing, or any other non-required or unexpected charges and fees. Taxes, fees,
